The first time you book an appointment you will speak with our Office Manager, Jackie, who will take your information and ask you general questions about the issues you would like assistance with.
Given that we are not offering in-person appointments at this time, Jackie will email intake forms and informed consent forms that need to be completed. She is also available to answer any questions you may have and will book your appointment.
We also accept email bookings. When these are received, Jackie will contact you and go through the same process as outlined above for telephone bookings.
